- Returns apply to full-priced items only. Customized or sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
