  • Returns apply to full-priced items only. Customized or sale items are non-returnable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
